We may be able to help you in these types of areas*:
Our experience in legal action goes across many traditional areas of law and practice.
Our job is to help where minimum standards have not been met and people have suffered as a result.
Mainly in the civil courts (particularly the senior courts after 2013), this also includes the Coroner’s Court & within (important) areas of the Family Court (including mediation) and the welfare system - where fundamental rights are engaged for all members of the public. As an organisation, we are active in the field of protecting people’s data rights from infringement (and the right of compensation) under the UK GDPR.
Our approach is to bring a fresh perspective and different ideas to reflect modern daily life.
(*Unfortunately we do not currently offer advice and representation to employees or employers in relation to unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal).
Help know your rights:
Every person always has rights in our democracy.
‘Rights’ are freedoms and protections. They are compatible with life, cruelty, liberty, fair hearing, private and family life, expression, non-discrimination and education.
They include everyone’s rights of transparency in decision making and your rights in relation to your data (and where you are the subject of data on record).
Fundamental ‘wrongs’ are unlawfulness, unreasonableness and unfairness.
‘Levelling up’ can mean this too!

You need to go to Court
You need to know what has happened
You need to know why something happened
You would like a fair deal
You would like to ‘level up’
You would like to ‘win’ a compromise
You would like an ‘alternative’ means to Court
Every case is different and every case depends on its own facts and circumstances.
We believe lawyers must always investigate what a case is about and not what it appears.
